According the AU peacekeeping mission spokesman, Paddy Ankunda much of Somalia "is now calm with only "pockets of insurgents" in Mogadishu. "We will be getting on the third phase of our mission after setting up our camp for our security and command base, before undertaking patrols and disarmament," he told PANA by telephone on Sunday.
