RedSea Posted January 9, 2010 I understand. The city of San Diego, Ca has over 3 million and that is just the city without its suburbs. The official 3.5 million is based on estimates from folks as far as Zeylac, lughaya and Sool and Sanaag. The reason it's hard to accept that fact is because Somalis are generally nomads who are always on the move. That is what makes difficult to grasp the real population numbers.
