About Us Puntland Community College (PCC) officially started in March 1999. It was initially an intermediate institution called Garowe School of Management. So far, the college has made tremendous success in education and training especially in promoting gender equity, balance and equal opportunity in education and employment.

 

Arising from the needs of the community and the region, PCC, converted to Puntland State University (PSU) in 2004, is a fortunate institution. The University is situated in a vibrant community that favours and supports higher education. It has outstanding support from different stakeholders, a pool of students from high schools, committed faculty and is committed to technological dimensions of education that are becoming increasingly important in most areas of human endeavour. Thus, the University stands on the verge of immense opportunities in the twenty-first century.
