mielmi Posted August 8, 2010 i just called Hargeisa and according to a very reliable sources, Somaliland is about to receive huge military aide from the European union. Things are moving in the right direction for Somaliland finally. Thats one of the main reasons why the army is moving towards tukaraq which is like 40km from garowe.
