If there could be another Somali region in the making, it is Awdal

cause reer Awdal are more influencing people in the regional polotical

adminstration than the Raaso ones.

 

Raaso is a small new tuulo which is not yet a Warada. If it is

accepted as a Warada it will remain as a Liyu-werda like Awash

city, though I doubt if it will fulfill the criteria to be a liyu-wereda
