RedSea Posted April 12, 2007 Biixi, Good questions. The 'mayor' said the SL troops left dhahar after the people told them to leave the city. That is when Pland forces as being said came in to take control of the city. The elders of the towns people told them to leave also since SLand also withdrew from the city, Puntland has also agreed now to leave as well. The city is now back to the hands of the locals. Although as Jacaylbaro is saying and according to some other articles that SLand troops are now back in the city. All in all it's very confusing, but I rather believe nothing until further notice.
