Sure, I can tell you exactly. Not even six months ago many of those same men you are now calling Mujahideen were fighting for the warlords. These are the same men that kept Xamar in the same terrible condition for so many years. They kept roadblocks and stop medical aid from reaching people. These same men that just a few months ago you were calling killers have decided to join the winning side. After the so-called wadaads won in Xamar; they offered those defeated killers the ability to continue fighting with pay. See these are the same men that executed unarmed wounded fighters in a hospital, murdered a innocent nun, shot an innocent reporter. Regardless how they prance around, many are still the same killers and rapists.

Bro General I don't think that you have completley answered my question. Was the guy (Cadde) promoted general or are you simply saying his old classmates became one, therefore he deserves one?

 

A close relative of Cali Madoobe and an officer in the previous Military government was telling me that the guys was enrolled HANGASH by his uncle the late Nuur Bidaar, while also attending school. I think his Colonel rank was somehow speeded like many others during the military rule.

There is some truth in ur words,that there were many Colonels and other officer-ranks that many held for the sake of the title.However,these individuals neither commanded troops nor were in the chain of command,they were there but filled other fields that were not so important.All i know from General Adde is that he was once a military attache for the nation,i believe he wouldn't be given such a post were he a nobody.

P.s.Who is the Officer u spoke to?If he is a veteran commander,then i would probably know him,otherwise,so be it.
