The same allegation is made against Al-Shabaab for previously doing the same. All these projects for the TFG are going on with the blessing of the Kenyan government (which denies the allegation). Off the videos, the war-lugeed from Garissa/Wajir/Mandera say that Kenya-Somali politicians (that hold high 'elected' posts) tribally alligned to some clans in Somalia and supporting the TFG have being recruited by the CIA to help recruit these boys. If true, the allegations are quite serious. In addition to that both the Somali broadcast services of VOA and BBC are said to be playing a major role.
