“Madaxweynaha Jamhuuriyadda Somaliland Mudane Daahir Rayaale Kaahin waxa uu maanta u magacaabay gudoomiyayaal cusub Gobollada Gabilay iyo Badhan iyo Gudoomiye ku xigeenka Gobolka Badhan.

 

Wareegto uu soo saaray Maanta Madaxweynuhu, isaga oo tix gelinaya Qodobka 90aad ee dastuurka Somaliland , farqadiisa 110-aad , isla markaana aaminsan ahmiyad weyn ee gobollada Gabilay iyo Badhan u leeyihiin Dhismaha Qaranka , waxa uu u Magacaabay in Mudane Maxamed Axmed Cabdi (Xabiib) uu noqdo Gudoomiyaha Gobolka Gabilay .

 

Sidoo kale , Mudane Cabdi-xakiim Axmed Maxamuud uu isna ahaado Gudoomiyaha Gobolka Badhan, isagoo gudoomiye ku xigeenkiisuna noqon doono Mudane Maxamed Faarax Cumar .

 

Madaxweynuhu , isagoo ka war qaba hufnaanta iyo kartida shaqo ee ay u leeyihiin in ay gutaan xilka loo igmaday , waxa uu amray in sida ugu dhakhsaha badan xilkooda ula wareegaan”.
