I think Sheikh Shariif is rushing into this, make a careful decidion mate and let it not be a Puntlander please. Select from the other and all range of Somali clans that would fit the 4.5 formula. I don't see him mention Jurille, and a Prof from Goldogob who are also in the list and are both from Puntland... If there is someone who believes SOOL, Sanaag and Cayn are part of Puntland as Surat Qulwala is part of the Qu'raan is Duke, LOol Resistance, somebody shouldn't be selected simply because he's from Puntland, that would be a mistake...
