He could be wounded or even killed, but the part about Kenya refusing to treat him makes the whole article baseless. Kenya is one of the closest countries to the TFG, its support has been critical. On the other hand could this be a reaction to the huge loss of men from the al-Shabaab Rambo wing? You knw these xabashi are good in fighting in a mountanoius terrain. Also I am not interested in getting credit from you the TFG has engaged the "powerful" clan courts with their Oromo, Eritrean fighters and have brought them to size.
