So far we can have a port at kismayo if hassan turki scores kismayo cuz everyone knows the onlf use bossaso port. So we can have Bossaso-Kismayo-Las Qoray exclusive ports. Offices for the port are allready constructed and a contract allready signed with an Italian construction company. The pirates are not helping as well because donors will hesitate when Laasqoray pirates capture headlines. General Ilka Jiir has know promised to strengthen security to esure the safety of foreign contractors. Also the new administration allocated monthly commited funds for the port. Insha Alaah the project will be complete soon, as it will mark Somalia's largest project since the dawn of Siad Barre. Ras-hafun boys are doing 54 km road connecting hafun to other towns, thru volunteers no funding at all from aid firms or puntland. But this port at las qoray will be massive wallahi if they get it done, i know that an italian firm has been signed to do the bossaso to erigavo highway called (FAI) and badhan and las canood paved airports, it's in the galkacyo accord signed by farole and sharmarke. Ps: unfortunately bari only gets a hospital out of that and road connecting bossaso port to the city. Bari has the most seats and whoever wants to be president needs bari support, or their over. Infact to be honest mudug voted for ilkajir and it made no influence, bari voted for farole and he is in office. So it's not a case of irrelevance or not, u just need to realize who runs the show. Ps: To be quite honest i don't even like the way they split the government even though it is in my favor, but i think about the well-being of the state and not my clan-interest hada run rabtid. I was the first cheering when multi-parties was introduced because unlike you i think beyond my clan-interest. Degaans will not decide who runs puntland anymore but policies will, after-all we all want who is the best for the state regardless of which deegan he is from.
