The general sheds light on rich minerals in Western Bari region and utilizes it to weigh on his response to reporters’ questions. The general states that terror links to western Bari rebels are mere “he say she say” allegations.

I told you before it’s all about the resources in 2005 similar incident occurred in the area of majiyahaan the ssdf movement is fighting for the resources and rich minerals in and around western part of bari region. Terrorism is a card often used to get sympathy and attention from the west I even heard faroole went to Djibouti and asked American jet fighters to launch air strikes from the air to stop Attam and his guys because garowe was to weak to fight him.
