وما كنت يوما بالأحمق ولا بالغر, فأظن أن الحكومات في البلاد الإسلامية ستستجيب لحكم الإسلام, فتقطع العلاقات السياسية أو الثقافية أو الاقتصادية مع الإنجليز أو مع الفرنسيين.

 

ولكني أري أبصر المسلمين بمواقع أقدامهم, وبما أمرهم الله به, وبما أعدّ لهم من ذل في الدنيا وعذاب في الآخرة, إذا أعطوا مقاد أنفسهم وعقولهم لأعداء الله.

 

وأريد أن أعرفهم حكم الله في هذا التعاون مع أعدائهم, الذين استذلوا وحاربوهم في دينهم وفي بلادهم, وأريد أن أعرفهم عواقب هذه الردة التي يتمرغ في حمأتها كل من أصر على التعاون مع الأعداء.

 

ألا فليعلم كل مسلم في أي بقعة من بقاع الأرض: أنه إذ تعاون مع أعداء الإسلام مستعبدي المسلمين, من الإنجيليز والفرنسيين وأحلافهم وأشباههم, بأي نوع من أنواع التعاون, أو سالمهم فلم يحاربهم بما استطاع, فضلا عن أن ينصرهم بالقول أو العمل على إخوانهم في الدين, إنه إن فعل شيئا من ذلك ثم صلى فصلاته باطلة, أو تطهر بوضوء أو غسل أو تيمم فطهوره باطل, أو صام فرضا أو نفلا فصومه باطل, أو حج فحجه باطل, أو أدى زكاة مفروضة, أو أخرج صدقة تطوعا, فزكاته باطلة مردودة عليه, أو تعبد لربه بأي عبادة فعبادته باطلة مردودة عليه, ليس له في شيء من ذلك أجر, بل عليه فيه الإثم ولوزر.

 

ألا فليعلم كل مسلم: أنه إذا ركب هذا المركب الدنيء حبط عمله, من كل عبادة تعبد بها لربه قبل أن يرتكس في حمأة هذه الردة التي رضي لنفسه, ومعاذ الله أن يرضى بها مسلم حقيق بهذا الوصف العظيم, يؤمن بالله وبرسوله.

 

ذلك بأن الإيمان شرط في صحة كل عبادة, وفي قبولها, كما هو بديهي معلوم من الدين بالضرورة, لا يخالف فيه أحد من المسلمين.

 

وذلك بأن الله سبحانه يقول: (ومن يكفر بالإيمان فقد حبط عمله وهو في الآخرة من الخاسرين).

 

وذلك بأن الله سبحانه يقول: (ولا يزالون يقاتلونكم حتى يردوكم عن دينكم إن استطاعوا ومن يرتدد منكم عن دينه فيمت وهو كافر فأولئك حبطت أعمالهم في الدنيا والآخرة وأولئك أصحاب النار هم فيها خالدون).

 

وذلك بأن الله تعالى يقول: (يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تتخذوا اليهود والنصارى أولياء, بعضهم أولياء بعض, ومن يتولهم منكم فإنه منهم, إن الله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين فترى الذين في قلوبهم مرض يسارعون فيهم يقولون نخشى أن تصيبنا دائرة فعسى الله أن يأتي بالفتح أو أمر من عنده فيصبحوا على ما أسروا في أنفسهم نادمين ويقول الذين آمنوا أهؤلاء الذين أقسموا بالله جهد أيمانهم إنهم لمعكم حبطت أعمالهم فأصبحوا خاسرين).

 

وذلك بأن الله سبحانه يقول: (إن الذين ارتدوا على أدبارهم من بعد ما تبين لهم الهدى الشيطان سوّل لهم وأملى لهم ذلك بأنهم قالوا للذين كرهوا ما نزل الله سنطيعكم في بعض الأمر والله يعلم إسرارهم فكيف إذا توفتهم الملائكة يضربون وجوههم وأدبارهم ذلك بأنهم اتبعوا ما أسخط الله وكرهوا رضوانه فأحبط أعمالهم أم حسب الذين في قلوبهم مرض أن لن يخرج الله أضغانهم ولو نشاء لأريناكهم فلعرفتهم بسيماهم ولتعرفنهم في لحن القول والله يعلم أعمالكم ولنبلونكم حتى نعلم المجاهدين منكم والصابرين ونبلوا أخباركم إن الذين كفروا وصدوا عن سبيل الله وشاقوا الرسول من بعد ما تبين لهم الهدى لن يضروا الله سيئا وسيحبط أعمالهم يا أيها الذين آمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول ولا تبطلوا أعمالكم إن الذين كفروا وصدوا عن سبيل الله ثم ماتوا وهم كفار فلن يغفر الله لهم فلا تهنوا وتدعوا إلى السلم وأنتم الأعلون والله معكم ولن يتركم أعمالكم).

 

 

 

ألا فليعلم كل مسلم وكل مسلمة أن هؤلاء الذين يخرجون على: دينهم ويناصرون أعدائهم, من تزوج منهم فزواجه باطل بطلانا أصليا, لا يلحقه تصحيح, ولا يترتب عليه أي أثر من أثار النكاح من ثبوت نسب وميراث وغير ذلك. وأن من كلن منهم متزوجا بطل زواجه كذلك, وأن من تاب منهم ورجع إلى ربه وإلى دينه, وحارب عدوه ونصر أمته, لم تكن المرأة التي تزوج حال الردة, ولم تكن المرأة التي ارتدّ هي في عقد نكاحه: زوجا له ولا هي في عصمته وأنه يجب عليه بعد التوبة أن يستأنف زواجه بها, فيعقد عليها عقدا صحيحا شرعيا, كما هو بديهي واضح.

 

 

 

ألا فليحتط النساء المسلمات, في أي بقعة من بقاع الأرض, وليتوثقن قبل الزواج من أن الذين يتقدمون لنكاحهن ليسوا من هذه الفئة المنبوذة الخارجة عن الدين, حيطة لأنفسهن ولأعراضهن, أن يعاشرن رجالا يظنونهم أزواجا وليسوا بأزواج, بأن زواجهم باطل في دين الله.

 

ألا فليعلم النساء المسلمات, اللائي ابتلاهن الله بأزواج ارتكسوا في حمأة هذه الردة, أن قد بطل نكاحهن, وصرن محرمات على هؤلاء الرجال, ليسوا لهن بأزواج, حتى يتوبوا توبة صحيحة عملية, ثم يتزوجوهن زواجا جديدا صحيحا.

 

ألا فليعلم النساء المسلمات, أن من رضيت منهن بالزواج من رجل هذه حاله, وهي تعلم حاله, أو رضيت بالبقاء مع زوج تعرف فيه هذه الردة: فإن حكمها وحكمه في الردة سواء.

 

ومعاذ الله أن ترضى النساء المسلمات لأنفسهن ولأعراضهن ولأنساب أولادهن لدينهن شيئا من هذا.

 

ألا إن الأمر جد ليس بالهزل, وما يغني فيه قانون يصدر بعقوبة المتعاونين مع الأعدء, فما أكثر الحيل للخروج من نصوص القوانين, وما أكثر الطرق لتبرئة المجرمين, بالشبهة المصطنعة, وباللحن في الحجة.

 

ولكن الأمة مسؤولة عن إقامة دينها, والعمل على نصرته في كل وقت وحين, والأفراد مسؤولون بين يدي الله يوم القيامة عما تجترحه أيديهم وعما تنطوي عليه قلوبهم.

 

فلينظر كل امرئ لنفسه, وليكن سياجا لدينه من عبث العبثين وخيانة الخائنين.

 

وكل مسلم إنما هو على ثغر من ثغور الإسلام, فليحذر أن يؤتى الإسلام من قبله.

 

وإنما النصر من عند الله ولينصرن الله من ينصره.

I admire Shariifka but I think he's wrong to pursue a policy of political isolation. Look at how political isolation succeeded on bringing chaos to Somalia. He took pretty tough questions and he sounded angry but I don't agree with the notion of speaking with TFG legitimizes Ethiopia's presence and validates TFG governorship. I acknowledge Shariifs points and position on the warlord run government but the bigger picture should be given a priority; ending the cycle of violence and suffering of Somalis.

Nothing will come out of this given the fact that the TFG warlords want to survive the onslaught whereas others want to ensure the end of Ethiopian occupation. The two can never see eye-to-eye ever and meeting with the Xabashi representatives(The TFG piglets) only means letting them know how somalis want an end to occupation and to see Xabashi boots out of the country. Warlords won't accept such proposals as their bunkers in Muqdisho and baydhabo are heavily guarded by the Xabashis without whom Somalis would flay their skin. And that is known to any somali who sees issues for what they are today.

 

I honestly think of it as an insult and profoundly demeaning to call or consider the TFG thugs "somalis". Such courtesy gives them dignity they don't have and never had. Such view is at odds with what it means to be a somali and muslim.

 

If the TFG wants to ask for forgiveness, they are welcome and they must abdicate their positions and leave somalis alone, non of them should stay on, if not, and their aim is what we all know it is, to survive and buy another day to keep burying Somalia and somalis deeper into perdition, it is a war, nothing less. Meeting them or not meeting them, the aim is to get rid of them period.

Jemce, Shariifs is operating under a very complicated political environment! The country that hosts him and his team has its own agenda, always had, and may not see things eye to eye with him. His team is not entirely on board with the strategy of dealing with Ethiopia and tfg on a one hand, and with the UN and Arab league on the other. But the drive for arriving some understanding with current tfg entity enjoys tremendous support from Somali public both in and out of the country…and that should give him a comfort of sort.

 

Look at his actions yaa Jemce; he sent his representatives to Jabbuuti. So lyrics as it were are much better than the music.

What is the solution when you know you have no honest partner for peace? The concern is real and the dangers are present unlike Haruub dhiil ceel ku dhacay. If you can send a wadaan down the well to recover the haruub, so be it as well. Both ways are better than sitting on your hands and take whatever someone dishes out to you or accept ignobility. I believe "success" will mean the end of occupation and Somalia's affairs left to Somalis whether the parties meeting afterwards are crooks or patriots. Somalia's affairs is exclusively for somalis. As long as Ethiopia is represented and her surrogates are what we have to contend with, this issue will remain permanently difficult to solve.

 

PS:Everyone who opposes the TFG for whatever reason is better today than someone who lends a hand to the TFG in my book bro.
