Appeals to the mass ignorant because as a hard advocator for the clan he's seen as a great and big man. I wonder why these folks and community especially always get appealed and thus sheep around such lowly quality-wise and savage like people like this guy. It was the notorious warlords first then hapless folks like Sharif and now this sorry excuse of an 'authoritative figure'. etc. But clan appeal is strong and he must be hitting the right notes as the 'tough' man of the clan.
