People have been contemplating the other two parties pre elections but UCID seemed to have picked up steam in last few pre elections months with sharmp new messege and well polished strategy. Chairman Faisal and his team have been strategically targeting young people, women and religious folks. In that time he has also adopted a very distinctive and clear message which is, if elected, he will rule Somaliland using the Islamic way and will place more emphasis on relinquishing the faith as the center of his administration critizing the current adminstration of mishandling the tax payers' money as he put 'lacagtiina anigu ku qayili maayo, walalayal' I think many people found that very attractive and as we are hearing it from families back home UCID is on a roll.
