Many of the PL troops are from Sool. You asked why they'd fight on behalf of an entity that has 'neglected' them and I told you: They wouldn't. Now you're saying they're apart of Puntlands troops because of qabil..Okay what's the problem there? Puntland is a state comprised of Sool,Sanaag,Cayn,Bari,Nugaal and North Mudug and all these people share a common ancestor. Better they join their brethen based on blood than join an entity based on the drawings(ermm colonial borders) of drunken Brits.
