Somalia’s central government will shed the transitional nature that has characterized it in the last twenty years. There will be a permanent Somali government.

 

Somalia’s territorial integrity as affirmed by the world bodies will be reflected in her political framework. That is to say Somaliland and Puntland will both be part of a federal Somalia.

 

Alshabaab will remain a political force but will mature politically to the extent that they will accept a federal political framework where their ‘Imarets’ will be part of central governance scheme.
