The past two years we have had many claims by amnesia stricken Somali’s notably the fake religious groups, secessionists and other pretenders who made outrageous statements devoid of fact and common sense.

It was told to the world that atrocities were being committed by the foreign Ethiopians and by the government headed Mudane Yusuf, all blame was heaped on them and we were told if only they left then everything would be honky dory.

 

However before Yusuf ever arrived in the south Mogadiishu had 17 years of urban fighting, from the USC clan cleansing and massacres of the early 90s to inter clan fighting to the rise of the warlords and even Sharif Ahmed and his groups war in 2006. In each instance the civilians were used as human shields at best and as cannon fodder on most occasions. They was always sweet talk of reaching clan Nirvana, or liberating the country, or resisting the Kaffir. Beautiful words were spoken by Aydeed to multitudes, by Xasan Dahir even InadCade could rap like Jay-Z when it came to the reasons he fights in populated areas.

 

Since the resignation of Yusuf we have had no let up to the war in the south in fact we have a new deadly clan group taking over the central regions, we have a new alliance of “Islamists” against other “Islamists” who are being praised and encouraged to continue to murder more Somali's by parasites in a remote cave in Afghanistan tribal area’s.

 

Suicide bombings and deadly fighting has returned, and now one wonders have the memory of the amnesiacs returned or do they need more time and more civilian deaths before they acknowledge the truth.

^^ Stop telling tales. Since the resignation and the departure of the Ethiopians there hasn't been that many major clashes, save yesterday. Some of the people returned to their homes and most of the other major cities are safe and under Islamic law. @the old man was part of the conflict and the problem, not the solution. But he wasn't "THE" problem as him be. That said, you can't deny he was responsible for and encouraged shelling of civilian areas. He also didn't want the Ethiopians to leave. And yes, the situation has improved slightly since the Ethiopians left.

 

 

Secondly, there are other ways you can try to prove him to be a hero, rather than posting bad news about Muqdisho. It looks like you are gloating at the bad news.

Abu Zaylici: Adeer again you seem to confuse yourself ever more. The issue is simple and clear those who used Mogadishu as a battle ground to settle scores from 1991 till now are well known. It does not matter if they change their names to Jalle Aydeed to Abu Aydeed, their terror tactics and use of the civilians as human shields is to them a competitive advantage. ^^ duke when the old man was in power, you used to refer to the shelling of civilians and attrocities commited by Ethiopians as "clan lies" or part of a "clean up". I remember you even went to so low so as to deny the rapes which the Ethiopian army commited. Today you are pretending to feel sorry for the civilians.

 

However, it is clear to intelligent person that you have been posting bad news since the old man left, because you want imply that his stay was great and that he wasn't part of the problem. Of course, this IS COMplete nonsense, as the facts state otherwise.
