Hasan Ahmad Du'ale, alias Hasan Maalim - the state minister of the Ministry of Water and Minerals and Ilmi Shamsi [phonetic] Ali - presidential adviser on internal affairs. Gediid Posted August 10, 2005 I too was offered the post of state minister but I heard the girls only dig a real minister so I politely declined..... Talk about the mating season it seems Riyaale has introduced state minister season...*hint* this normally takes place right before an election.
