The rumors have been strengthened the last couple days from inside sources. Is everything going on in regards to announcements and nominations just a farce? I guess we will find out in due time. I cannot tell you if the rumors saying he is going to be named president is true but I can tell with certainty he is not in jail nor has been in jail (presumably the Ethiopian's). Wayrax, so the rumors are known? Do you know anything beyond what I have written and also, are you part of realgedo since you do a good job of advertising the individual blog/news source? What is interesting about this is that the group in Baydhabo have resisted all calls to move the election venue to Djibouti and have virtually Shiekh Sharif's ARS while the representative of the "committee for the presidential election" is none other than Cabdirashiid Xiddig. I agree and share your sentiment wholeheartedly. Barre has come a long way from the time Shiekh Hassan Dahir Aweys and Abu Mansuur both praised him for being the only strongman in Somalia to have never had a relationship with the Ethiopians.
