Qudhac Posted August 13, 2010 i was wondering why puntland waited for so long to act in regards to this Atom character, this individuall was gathering strength in the mountains for years and puntland didnt lift a finger. 1) whats the consequence if buntland fails to defeat this dangterous group. 2) is puntland a ticking bomb when it comes to these religious groups who seem to have established a local support of some kind. 3) can the faroole admin stem the tide of infestation from withing.
