Sophist Posted November 6, 2006 I should upload mine! These pictures don't do justice of Puntland man. What I have seen in Puntland months ago were more impressive. Anyhow, thanks for the pics chaps.
Sky Posted November 6, 2006 Amazing pictures, but most don't do Puntland much justice to tell you the truth. These 3 pictures are of Buurtinle and not Gaalkacyo. I recognized a small mosque (red cariish) and Alla Aamin Hotel (green cariish) at the left of the road coming from Garoowe's direction. On another note to Sakhar; I remember that another SOLer was kind enough to share those pictures of Eyl with us all, so also be kind enough not to trespass on its copyright. General Duke Posted November 6, 2006 Camir any pics from Erigavo? I have heard so much of the beauty of that area, more pics from Sanaag, ae needed on this thread. This pic seems new compared to the one on Puntlandgov.net
RedSea Posted November 6, 2006 ^I don't mean to politise this ,but are we looking at pictures of some nomads hometown such as Caamir and Sophist,or are we looking at pictures of Puntland state in general? if the case is Puntland state, then you know some may questioned some areas you have posted to be part of Somaliland.
