He is not the only one but he knew all the wrongs that was done,if he accepts his wrong deeds and asks for forgiveness he might be spared ,and he must tell what he knew all openly. Also what happened to the millions of dollars that he stashed outside of somalia? money must be returned.Remember this man the regime that he was part of it used to come to innocent somalis house and remove them from their sleep at the middle of the night and god knows what happened to most of them. He perhaps signed and ordered the killing of thousands of somalis.
