islam do not support dictatorship

it is very strange to see that most of the muslim world is under dictatorship ruler,except one or two countries,despite islam's opposition to dictatorship.

it is clear in holy quran and the sunah of prophet the freedoom of speech is enssential and very important,but the question is why all arab or rather muslim world under this kind of rulers?

I like to hear from u.

basically, these rulers have been in power for many a year. they have gotten used to their ways and provided the legal framework to make it difficult or illegal for any democracy to be achieved!
