Location is probably motive. Oil could be another. Islam is certainly one. The collapse of the clan-based society in large heterogenous metro areas (like Muqdisho) does not help either. If I live a period equal to what I already have, the dust should have settled towards my final years for some rebuilding of sorts to begin. I hope.
