Cowke Posted November 14, 2009 Does anyone have any update on the new construction job of the new headquarters of puntland parliament? It started earlier this year and wanted to know where it's up to at this stage. The only thing I know is that the design of the parliament will be something like this. The Project was tendered to Mubarak construction around march this year and their website has no updates on it's progress.I think Farole wants to see Puntland parliament and ministries all based in one section of the city.
