Somalitalk lists many countries including Saudia, Egypt, UAE, Sudan, Kuwait, Iraq, and Palestine announced Tuesday the first day of Ramadan. You may read the article in Somali at Somalitalk. They added Oman & some Europe Fatawa group disagree and will observe Wednesday. I don't know who this group is or where they are based at. Happy Ramadan.
