And for those territorial expansionism and clan domination, Djibouti, a Somali territory itself is a part to the Somali problem, and could neither be expected to remain impartial, nor unprejudiced to the warring political groups in the Somali reconciliation and peace talks. And as such, we urge the IGAD heads of State & Government, EU, the US government, IPF, AU, Arab League, the International community, non-governmental organisations supportive of the Somali peace talks to reconsider Djibouti’s inclusion in the reconciliation process, and its arbitrary role in the complex Somali problem.
