It is unislamic to wish for war and it is heretical to think you gain a halaal objective through haram actions. Nothing clanistic about that.

 

I have supported the idea of an Islamic state, but justice should be universal and not based on who contributed the most techniclans and so on..

The only real point you are making against the courts is summed up by this maahmaah 'hal xaaraan ah, nirig xalaal ah ma dhasho'. And in regards to that point itself, which you seem to insist on, you are as ever insincere and qabiilist -you've always been so.

 

So, it is other who may be reading these posts that I wish to guide them against your instrumental appeal to justice and religiosity. A leopard never changes its spots. There is nothing that can be done about that.

 

PS: Technicals or no technicals, whatever your point is, the issue is bigger than contributions of technicals. Get that through your skull.

First of all I never insulted anyone with the term Islamist, I do not belive in labeling people and these courts are not Islamist much like I never belived the titles of the SSDF,USC and SNM factions before them.

 

I am a muslim and dream of united Muslim Ummah, may Allah create it in my life time. Thus being an Islamist is not a crime, I have said Al-Qaeda is a myth.

 

Why hide behind a smokescreen, why pretend that you are suporting anything other than a new faction?

 

Whats with the ignorance, why make accusations against me? A leapord you say, but you do not know my person, or what my beliefs are?

 

Back to the topic..

 

I support the Somali government,I do not agree with it, but I disagree with your like who are subjective in outlook.

 

You support these courts led by Inda Cade, Xasan Dahir and Abukar Cadaan. Are they saints, who fell from the sky? The answer is no.. We all know their history and actions throught the last 15 years..

 

Can you deny that the above men have been involved in the deaths of countless innocent Somali's?

 

Can you deny that members of these courts are causing injustice throught southern Somalia?

 

Can you deny that high ranking members of these courts, have played a key role in the war, looting, pilliging, and have been alleged to deal in drugs?

 

The fact is Mr Paragon, Ubahane and others is that you are trying to take the Moral high ground, when you can not.

 

For example I never knew the difference between Tigray coptic Ethiopia and Tigray coptic Eritria, but one supports the TFG and the other the courts..

 

My position is while the TFG, is weak, incompetent, corrupt it is still the one institution that represents the country, even If Abdullahi Yusuf died today, it will still be that. He is but a man an old man at that...

 

So long as these courts keep the likes of Inda Cade, Cirfo, Dhuxulow, Goobale and others and so long as they pay lip service to the plight of the Muslim population of Banadir and down south, they will not deserve my support...That has been my stance from the beggining..
