Muriidi Posted October 9, 2010 رياض الصالحين : باب النهي عن المسافرة بالمصحف إلى بلاد الكفار إذا خيف وقوعه بأيدي العدو عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: "نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يسافر بالقرآن إلى أرض العدو" ((متفق عليه)). moalim abchaasi said : it would be immoral to tell/suggest to people the sun is shining and you don't need raincoats ,when there is a rainstorm out there .. in other words , one should not suggest to the public civilian situations with normal police-patrol cars ,when in reality there are what do you call them .. swat-teams on the roof and full-gear riot police everywhere in the city, type of situation ..
