I know the differnece between Nugaal teh Region and Nugaal teh provence...get your facts str8 because your making a fool out of yourself. One you have showned that you are geographically challenged yet again because provence and region basically have the same meaning, so how could you know the difference. I did not speak about the differnece between a provencial or regional difference of the name nugaal but the differnece between a valley and region. Who is really making a fool of themself?
