Shiekh Shariif's Priorities: 1. Make sure the Djibouti agreement is adhered to by all parties involved. 2. Disolving Al Shabaab and other armed groups into the police and armed forces (under a clear framework/system). 3. A representative broad based cabinet/govn't 4.
