MoonLight1 Posted September 23, 2009 I have noticed the decline of the BBC and the switch of thousands of somalis to VOA, anywhere I go people are listening to the VOA, even me, I don't know when was the last time I listened to this once great institute of the BBC, the VOA are proving to be a formidable challenge to the BBC, with their news in depth and great correspondents the VOA provide other great programmes which are attracting many somalis such as my favourite (Dooda Gaaban), (martida microphonka), (ra'yiga dadweynaha) etc. -Are we seeing the death of the BBC somali section? -Should Yusuf Graad resign and let new blood and new ideas take over? -or is this just a hick up? and Do you still listen to the BBC?
