What did you learn this Ramadhan???

Assalamu Alaikum

 

Eid Mubarak my dear brothers and Sisters. May Allah bless our ramadhan and accept our actions. We hopefully gained some knowledge, so am going to throw a question at you all:

 

What did you learn (gain) this Ramadhan?

Let me start:

 

I have learned to be more patient

I have learned to be more respectful to others

I have learned to be more gentle with children

I have learned that the Quran is my best friend.

I have learned how to give da'wa from a da'ii

I have learned the value of Qiyaam and Siyaam

I have learned new Dua's and Sura's

I have learned to lower my gaze.

 

I have learned that my success in my university exams is not due my preperation, but mainly due to my relation to Allah and my dependance on him, preparation(studying) is only a factor.

 

I've learned Brotherhood by keeping with good company.

May Allah give us Hidaaya.
