Dear Shiekh Alle-Ubaahne,

 

If the Islamic Courts infringe on my sub-clans territorial rights without due provocation, is it Halaal to fight them? Can I wage Jihad against them?

 

By asking this question, I hope I don't give you the wrong impression of who I am. I'm no clanist because I hate all clans but my sub-clan equally. I can tell you with straight face that my sub-clan is the best thing since sliced bread.
