General Duke Posted February 3, 2009 The estimate of 2.4 million is an old count. The cities of Bossaso, Garowe & Galkacyu alone are close to that number. Consider that we have a large nomadic base and countless cities, towns, villages and dwellings across the vast region, the Duke;s estimate of 3.2 million is conservative at best.
