President Riyaale meets with the Somaliland opposition leaders

Hargiesa(Qaran)-The President of Somaliland, Mudane Daahir Riyaale Kaahin today with the two leaders of the opposition parties Kulmiye and UCID, Mudane Maxamud Maxamed Axmed "Siilaanyo" and Mudane Eng. Faysal Cali Waraabe.

 

The meeting held at the Presidential offices in Hargeisa was primarily focused on discussions between the leaders in regard to the current situation in Somaliland and the governments future plans for national development and security.

 

The discussion which was solely between the President and the two party chairmen ended with an understanding on mutual points of interest. It is expected that a formal communique will follow.
