In any case, it doesn't look like its a secret ballot because I don't know where the voters were sitting when they jotted the name of their candidate on the piece of sheet.

 

The process is that there is 5 glass boxes placed in the middle of the room and the voter's name is called, he walks and places his ballot on one of the 5 boxes while everyone watches and walks back to his seat.

 

Whether he went into a room behind the shot and casted the vote and then walked back and put it in the ballot box, that I do not know...either way it seems legit.
