The Zack, adeer as I said before Farole's pronouncement and how he categorized Somalis was a political blunder of the first order not to mention utterly ineffective. The imprisonment five men, and the failure to bring them before a court or worse handing some over to Ethiopia was a grave mistake that Puntland committed. All that is noted, and Puntland will fix these inconsistencies insha Allah. There are internal reasons for it, which cannot be justified.
