Farole is dealing with. Apparently linked to IDP'S. Waxaa la moodaya in dadki soo barakacay ayaa la soo adeegsaneya. I mean remember that shabab soldiers are mainly kids or derbi jiif shoe shiners and they seem to being doing the same thing to puntland derbi jiif and getting them mobilized to carry out attacks on puntland officials.

Anyways farole held meeting with mark bowden today and is sorting out the idp issue and allocating land to them, making sure they have i.d cards and stuff.

You think Mark Bowden will solve the security issue in Puntland. Too much credit for the guy and UN. If they had any authority theu would use it in Moqadishu.

Chief well the idps ninka roti siyo bay raceyan. If shabab says here is $100 go and plant a bomb and if you make a hit we will give u bonus payment they will do it because dadku way gaajeysan yihin. So how do you solve that? make sure that idps are not hungry and if their not hungry these extremists in the south can't bribe them anymore to do dirty work.

Horta in dadkan IDPSka in xal loo helo weeye because wa very vulnerable group that can be used as vehicle to hurt puntland. So farole is sorting that out now. He is erecting permanent settlements for them because once someone lives somewhere they are less likely to endanger their own living area. Right now they are just in camps and can move whenever the heat gets to much but with proper settlement and houses they will be settled and settled ppl are more security conscious believe me.

Id cards is a must also because we need to keep track of them and also all puntlanders, it helps law enforcement agencies when u know where someone family is or where their residency is so you can lock them up. These are security measures and its implementation is long overdue

Its very cheap of you to blame IDP's. We both know the most assasinations in Puntland were assigned by high officials from Puntland. this blast is nothing else, someone in Puntland has ordered this and will benefit from it. PIS has done this in the past.
