1- does not chew qat, smoke cigars or drink alcohol (having a history of doing any those things does not help either)

2- is proficient in English as Sharif is challenged in that department

3- satisfies 4.5, as Sharif’s short-term mission is not to change the charter

4- appeases both the muqaawamah and opposition group as represented by Yey supporters

Historically speaking, there are few cadidates that the above codition disqualifies. Ali Khalif is out, Maslah is out in abdirashiid may be out. I dont know this Ciro guy but I dont take his condidacy seriously anyway.

From my perspective, after anazlying everything I came to the conclusion he's gonna choose a man from Puntland who has the same views as cabdilahi yusuf. The interntional government don't want the Prime minister and the president to have the same political stand.
