Haseena Posted December 3, 2006 Bismillah, Salamu Calaykum Wa Raxmatullah, I would like to know if anyone know of any English translation of this poem, I'll post an estract from the poem as it is very long. Here is a link of the poem being "recited" very beautifully. http://www.janazh.com/janazh/modules.php?name=IslamicVoice&file=details&linkid=
Nur Posted December 4, 2006 Haseena sis: Here is one A Stranger is not he who is repatriated to Sham ( Syria-Lebanon-Jordan-Palestine, Damascus), or Yemen. Verily, A stranger is he who is laid to rest inside a grave wrapped in a shroud. A stranger has a right for bearing the hardship of being an expatriate, he deserves compassion by those blessed to reside comfortably at their home countries. Do not yell in dsirespect at a stranger's face, its the tough times in his exile that will do him the humiliation and tribulations. I am in a long journey, and my little ration is not enough to deliver me, I am feeble, and death is out looking for my soul.
