Cowke Posted October 29, 2009 Man If I were you I would go and look at the U.K federal structure, which will be an identical model that Somalia will be taking. Scotland has ambassadors in their country also, but they are still under the u.k nation. Lol, This is excellent news to see Ethiopia making lead-ways into bringing somafiland into federalism. It should be commended.
Cowke Posted October 29, 2009 Jacaylbaro, Just in-case you tried to put up a debate on the issue. Pls Read the following evidence clearly. Below is a quote from the Scottish Government website. Consulates are important aspects of work in international relations. While London contains most embassies and high commissions from around the world (phone Directory Enquiries on 118 500 for contact details), there are a number of foreign consulates based in Scotland, primarily in Edinburgh. A list of consulates in Scotland is listed on visitscotland.com The Scottish Government works closely with Consulates in arranging specific events, such as visits to Scotland from Heads of Government and Ministers, Ambassadors and delegations . Verification can be found at the Scottish government website below. http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Topics/Government/International-Relations/ConsulatesMissions Ps: In other words my friend even if hargeisa hosts president from other countries, it doesn't disturb the federal framework or consulates and embassies. Even if they send an embassy or delegation to other nations still totally workable under the federal frame-work. This is the system Ethiopia and the general international community endorses for Somalia and I must agree it's a good one.
