Xaaji Xunjuf Posted May 10, 2009 Guys remember the alshabaab are the one who drove out the Ethiopians out of Somalia, so i think they are much stronger military financially then the so called maxakiim wing of sh hotel. And we can also add that they have stronger leadership then the so called sh hotel and maxakiim forces. Men like abu mansuur roobow or Abubark seylici or axmed cabdi godane , or even xassan daahir aweys. And how many troops who where loyal to inkaar qabibihi mudug are still in Xamer does any one know . The amnisom troops will be defeated and the maxakim wing of sh hotel will be defeated
Meiji Posted May 10, 2009 Xaaji, Remember one thing: Alshabab winning in Mogadishu = Hargaisa and Bosaso next and considering the fact that those cities have never endured sustained fighting it will be a walk in the park.

Duufaan Posted May 10, 2009 for last four days fight only few fighters of both side died. it is really civilian who pay the price. it will be no winners for this round, maybe a political win for opposition. real question is will the clan card work? In Moqdisho you get pay to fight a day, with supervision. end of the day you return the gun and you will be paid.
Xaaji Xunjuf Posted May 10, 2009 What I don’t understand is the sharif is from Mogadishu how can he lose the biggest parts of Mogadishu to foreign fighters and fighters from other regions who united under the banner of shabaab. This government wasn’t strong in the beginning, and the so called opposition guys in his government can’t anything.
Meiji Posted May 10, 2009 Xunduf, Cumar Cadaan's fighters are doing the the fighting for ´´ciidamada alshabab´´ On the other side, Qeybdiid´s fighters are doing the fighting for ´´cidamada dowlada´´ Some opportunists and warlords in Mogadishu are involved. ADNAAN Posted May 10, 2009 There is this sheikh who loves to tell the story of the three cows who the wolf ate one after the other when they didn't stick together. Where does this leave Puntland and S.land? they are surely the next targets?
