ultimatley those who win are those prepared for military conflicts,

 

talex....somaliland troops are marching around talex. So that just shows who you are and what your capability is. If you notice how the foreign policy of the UN is changing. New offices in Hargaisa employing alot more people, direct financial assistance. Assistance in development,banking, anti-terrorism etc. Has puntland got this, walahi not even Somalia has been given the same package as Somaliland. American foreign policy is also changing.

 

 

because Somali's think of today, but those who prepare for tommorrow will ultimately win. Somaliland is preparing for tommorrow when Somalia will be more of a fantasy than it already is, then the world will be ready to deal with it as a soviergn nation. Than its to late.
