You mean the ICU would not need thousands of Eritrea and another thousands of OLF Oromos and unknown others from Pakistan or Chechnia if they were accepted and have trust on the Somali to welcome them as "people of the book"?

 

I am not a military person, but from what I hear, all the ICU held territory is full of holes. There are communities who want to see the back of the Pakistanis and Eritreans who have never seen a day of peace in their homelands coming to disturbe the relaive peace these districts had.

Nayruus you've to distinguish between 'listening to the International Community, giving negotiations the 'priority' and the declaration of Jihaad!

 

Once you declare jihaad because in their argumentation it says that their jihaad is that of an 'defensive nature' i.e. they protecting their religion from people (read foreign soldiers) and christian aggressors that want to change the people's creed, behaviour and customs, so in order to 'defend' the deen they have declared war (jihaad} on the intruders that came into our country to spread the gospel and their mischief.

 

Once you set out to fight those that moved into your 'house' you cannot suddenly say 'let's start negotiations' because you could do that without the drama, theatrics and comical bravados seen the last couple of weeks!

 

Simply even you have to 'agree' with me on that matter, even if it is partial. Courts could talk and sit down with the Ethios before all the hype!
