They are all part of Puntland, you need to update yourself with the policy of your elders.

An emotional internet pseudo-politician can't change the facts on the ground, either you accept the decisions made by your elders or you travel to Somalia and change their decision.

Lool Naxar, why would you care who develops it. I am sure if the UN said we are going to build projects in these cities you wouldn't object to it, so why bother if Puntlanders dream to do good things for Makhir and Darwiish, you should've appriciated it.
