It seems some people want to lie to themselves and somehow believe that a mere 1,500 ugandese who say THEY WILL NOT DO BEYOND THEIR DUTY nor DISARM THE MILITIAS will bring peace and harmony back to somalia.

 

So what exactly does uganda has the ethiopians don't have?

 

The ethiopians clearly outnumbered the uganda soldiers in Mogadishu and have MORE tanks too.
