Abtigiis Posted November 25, 2008 What is even more condescenting about this child's version of Somalinimo is that he thinks that the people of Moqdisho can eat the sand, the 'despicable secessionists' in the north can burn in hell, and the 'coward and occupied' Somali's in Ethiopia can cry for eternity, while his uncle is busy shaping a cozy paradise for the Somali nation. What cheek! The hysterical dislike for all these people, he now simulates with reckless abandon, won't make him a Somali, I guess. Somalinimo yaa isaga ka baryaya tolow! Or perhpas this is the time, me and him swap nationalities, as I can see he would be fine to live as an Ethiopian.
RedSea Posted November 25, 2008 ^Abti somalinimo ay dadkani sheegayaaan ma cid ayaa cida kale ka xigta horta? Runtii waan layabaan marka uu qof saaso kale ah uu isku dayo in dadka wax usheego. Let them have their version of somalinimo and we have ours. "Lakum diinikum, waliya diin".
Fabregas Posted November 27, 2008 A@T, a conspiracy theorist would say that their withdrawl is being purposely delayed- in order to allow for the new parliament to be formed. In other words, the people should have a little patience and take Ethiopian missiles for a little while longer, till the seating arrangements are sorted out. go figure. Member-sol- Posted November 27, 2008 The irony of it all, that the people who have based the credibility of their movement on the promises of the so-called "international community" to withdraw ethiopian troops from somalia, will soon be telling them to "stay" so their unrealistic, puppet govt, can land it's feet somewhere in somalia. It will happen.
Abtigiis Posted November 27, 2008 Inflating the Somalia parliament will appease some individuals, but is unlikely to bring any soultion to the embattled country. I will love to see Sheikh Sharif at the helm, just to see what he will say. BTW, that deal he is appending his signature to is long overdue. He should accpeted such a deal in Khartoum, well before the whole Karama of the nation was lost with the occupation of the country, and well before thousands of young Somali's perished.
